Characteristic and considerable items of the project

Develop a green waterfront city by applying location advantages (near by Han River). As a Northeast Asian core city, and as a high-tech industrial cluster of Seoul, u-City should be promoted by considering residential and knowledge industry complex requirements.

Goal

Realize the city infrastructure, housing and business facilities based on the Seoul's best Ubiquitous technology, to improve quality of life and efficiency of business, thus developing Magok u-City into a high-tech waterfront city that can represent Seoul

Strategy

For the success of Magok u-City, establish a plan to prevent execution errors, which will contribute to the differentiation from other cities by the u-service of Magok, and after completion, delivery of operation source should be executed
