10대 원칙

배경

인권, 노동, 환경과 반부패에 관한 글로벌콤팩트 10대 원칙은 세계적인 협의 과정과 더불어 다음과 선언과 협약에서 유래하였습니다.

세계인권선언(1948)
노동에서의 권리와 기본 원칙에 관한 ILO선언(1998)
환경과 개발에 관한 리우선언(1992)
국제연합 부패방지협약(2003)

서울주택도시공사는 2020년부터 유엔글로벌콤팩트의 기업의 사회책임 이니셔티브에 참여하고 있으며, 인권, 노동, 환경, 반부패 분야의 원칙을 이행하고 있습니다.
Since 2020, Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.

유엔글로벌콤팩트 10대 원칙

인권
- 1. 기업은 국제적으로 선언된 인권 보호를 지지하고 존중하고,
  Business should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights;
- 2. 인권 침해에 연루되지 않도록 적극 노력한다.
- Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
노동
- 3. 기업은 결사의 자유와 단체교섭권의 실질적인 인정을 지지하고,
  Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
- 4. 모든 형태의 강제노동을 배제하며,
  the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
- 5. 아동노동을 효율적으로 철폐하고
  the effective abolition of child labour; and
- 6. 고용 및 업무에서 차별을 철폐한다.

환경
- 7. 기업은 환경문제에 대한 예방적 접근을 지지하고,
  Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
- 8. 환경적 책임을 증진하는 조치를 수행하며,
  undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility;
- 9. 환경친화적 기술의 개발과 확산을 촉진한다.
  encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
반부패
- 10. 기업은 부당취득 및 뇌물 등을 포함하는 모든 형태의 부패에 반대한다.
  Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
