Public transportation
  • Subway service is secured by the existing routes (line 5: Songjung station, Magok station and Balsan station) and planned routes (line 9: new-Banghwa station, Magok ferry station and Yangcheonhang Bridge station), and also by introducing broad and indirect bus services relating to the central bus exclusive road lines. While this is judged as sufficient, expanding and repairing of the branch line bus routes that connect the subway stations, Incheon international airport railway station and broad or indirect buses is needed
  • For increasing topological and connecting with subway services by the international business and future developments of the Magok district, it is essential to introduce Magok station of Incheon international railway, and through this city railway, provide high-speed railway services that will be connected not only to Incheon airport but also to the Seoul metropolitan area
Pedestrian transportation: create an environmentally friendly walking environment
  • Create pedestrian paths throughout the connections with line 9 Magok station and Incheon international railway Magok station transfer region, including shopping malls and a park
  • Separate walking paths and vehicle paths dimensionally, expand the walking paths that cross the center of the district, and plan for walking paths that can prevent accidents. Establish the walking traffic system to provide access to all areas. Review the introduction of pedestrian bridges

    • Create a comfortable parking environment by providing information and advanced facilities
    • Reduce traffic jam by reducing parking lot usage remaining rate and unnecessary passing
    • With signs, provide guidance and parking information
  • Underground parking space
    • Create block-unit underground parking space, so that ground can be used as green space
